What this demo would show

Dr Sai Swaroop taps Start Session — his first action.
He greets the first patient by name. Recording begins by itself; he does nothing.
He greets the next patient. The first visit closes and the next one begins automatically — no tap, no menu. This is the moment his old recording app could not do.
A one-tap confirmation appears because the system wasn't sure of a detail (here, a dosage). He taps one of two options and it's resolved.
A finished note appears for the first patient's visit. He reads it and taps Approve.
He taps End Session and sees a short, honest summary of what the session produced.
