Your day today, as it actually happens
A hundred patients. No notes for any of them. Nothing to look back at tomorrow. This page is about that — not about technology.
No notes
Between one patient and the next there is no time to write anything down. By the end of the day, the details of the morning's consultations are gone.
No history
When a patient returns next month, there is nothing to check against — what was tried before, what was said, what changed. Every visit starts from zero.
The recording app that did not survive a busy clinic
You have already tried solving this — an app that records the conversation, one patient at a time. It did not work, and it is worth saying plainly why, because it is not the recording that failed.
The tapping was the problem
Open the app. Find the patient. Start the recording. Finish the consultation. Stop the recording. Do it again for the next person. A hundred times a day, between patients who are already waiting. There is no time for it, and the first time it slips, the notes for that visit are gone too.
What we are proposing removes the tapping entirely. You start one session in the morning, and that is the last time you touch the phone for the rest of the day.
Everything else in this concept follows from that single change. The next page shows exactly how.
